PALOMO ESPADIN MEZCAL 700ML

Palomo Espadin Mezcal 700ML is a traditional artisanal joven mezcal from Oaxaca, Mexico, bottled at 46% ABV (92 proof). 100% mature Espadin (Agave angustifolia), harvested around 9 years. Double-distilled in traditional copper pot stills and adjusted via the cordon cerrado technique.

Tasting Notes: Lighter in smoke than many standard mezcals, emphasizing big cooked agave flavors, earthy depth, and a crisp citrus pop.

Finish: Clean, warm, and balanced. Best enjoyed neat, over a large ice cube, or punching through in craft cocktails.
