Green River Honey 750ML is a 92-proof (46% ABV) whiskey made by pouring 100% real, locally sourced honey directly into barrels of 4 year old Green River Kentucky Straight Bourbon. mash bill of 70% corn, 21% rye, and 9% malted barley.

Tasting Notes: Offers aromas of light honey, caramel, tart citrus, and honeysuckle, with a palate of butterscotch, sweet peach, baking spices, and a viscous, mouth-coating texture.

Finish: Lingering sweet honey cake, mild barrel char, and soft allspice.
