CASA MAESTRI MEZCAL JOVEN

Casa Maestri Mezcal Joven 750ML is an artisanal, unaged mezcal crafted from 100% Maguey Espadín in the mountainous villages of Oaxaca, Mexico. Agave hearts (piñas) are slowly roasted in traditional underground earthen pits lined with hot stones for an earthy, smoky character. 40%–45% ABV (80–90 Proof).

Tasting Notes: Balanced notes of caramelized agave, green pepper, citrus peel, chocolate, and nuts with a gentle, earthy smokiness.

Finish: Crisp and smooth with a lingering touch of herbal spice and warm smoke.
